Ordering Information
Shower Favors Boutique accepts online orders from and ships orders to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to other countries.
Orders can be placed anytime. We will process your order between the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed after hours will be processed the following business day. A confirmation email will be sent to you notifying you that your order was received.
How To Place An Order
Ordering is easy and convenient. Just choose the item you would like to order, select the quantity you would like to order, than add the item to your cart. If you are having the item personalized, select your options, than add your item to the cart. Once the item is in your cart, select what state we will be shipping your order to, than the total price for your order is shown. Once you are done shopping than proceed to Payments.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed to orders shipped within the state of California (8.25%). All other U.S. states are exempt from paying sales tax on their orders.
Minimum Order Requirements
There are minimum order requirements for most products on our website. The items that require a minimum order, will be stated in the item description. You are welcome to place an order in any quantity above the minimum order requirement. There are also some items that are required to be purchased in sets and are not sold individually. The price for these items are shown in sets pricing only.
Order Status and Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. Once the order has been processed and shipped you will receive another email with the tracking information for your order.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
You can make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed or it is personalized. I suggest you contact me as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so I can accommodate your request without any additional charge.
